At SolanaSpirit, every piece is carefully crafted to order specifically for you. Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been placed and confirmed.
We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their order details prior to purchase. If you have any questions or concerns regarding a piece, please do not hesitate to contact us before completing your order — we are happy to assist.
Damaged or Defective Orders
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at solanaspirit@outlook.com with your order number and clear photographs of the damage. We will review your claim and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution on a case by case basis.
Order Cancellations
As production begins shortly after an order is placed, cancellations are not guaranteed. Please reach out to us immediately if you need to request a cancellation and we will do our best to accommodate you before production begins.
